Broadus Alonzo Crowder, 86, of Powhatan, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Broadus is predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Anne Shanks Crowder. He is survived by his children: Gwendolyn Bruington (Charles), Mark Crowder (Julie), Paula Holloway (Jeff), Gary Crowder (Karen), Bradley Crowder (Kathy), Sterling Crowder (Marinda), Alison Dickerson (Kerry), Julie Johnson (Mark), Tyler Crowder (Katie), 57 grandchildren and a continually growing number of great-grandchildren. The family will be receiving visitors at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1957 Capeway Road, Powhatan, Virginia, followed by the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Condolences at www.hillsmanhix.com.
