Jeffrey Roger Webber, age 44 of Farmville, passed away on September 15, 2016. He is survived by his wife Anastasia; daughters Tiffaney and Brittney Webber, both of North Carolina and Erin Webber of Buckingham; stepdaughters Angela Wilbanks, Kristin, Brittany, and Cheyenne Aitken, all of Farmville; granddaughter SaRhia; father Roger Webber (wife Linda) of Bedford; mother Linda Shawver (husband Randel) of Tennessee; brother Jason, Josh, and Jacob Bates; step-siblings Jody Eckart and Michael Turpin; maternal grandmother Virginia Sands; and paternal grandparents Shirley and Morris Webber. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Donald Sands.
Jeffrey was a graduate of Liberty High School, class of 1990. Later, he joined the United States Coast Guard, serving an 8 year term. He met some great people and still spoke to them to this day. Later, he worked for the Virginia Department of Corrections for 12 years, where he met his wife, Anna. Jeffrey loved to fish, hunt, and reload. He loved his dogs Molly, Suzie, and Marley. When describing his family, Jeff wrote, "I have a great wife, 3 beautiful daughters, 4 wonderful stepdaughters, and 3 loveable doggies. I love all of them very much and work everyday to help them with life." Jeff loved watching Virginia Tech football games and was a loyal Hokies fan. Go Hokies!

A chapel service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 21 at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Amelia with burial to follow. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project PO Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675.
