William H. White, Sr.,  of Dinwiddie went on to be with the lord on July 3, 2016 .William is predeceased by his parents Ransom  and Nellie White, grandaughter  Summer White, grandson Shannon Freemon, daughter in law Donna White, and Stepson Rosco Mumbower.. He is survived by his wife Patricia White, Sister Sharon Nichols(George), Son William White Jr, Son James White Sr.(Shelia), Daughter Helene McDaniels(Glen), grandchildren Christina Ennis(Kim), Deni Clayton(Britt), James R White, Ricky White, James D White, Alan McDaniels, Jennifer White, Alexis McDaniels ,great grandson Cameron Hamilton, Niece Jennifer Martin/Miguel, Stepsons Jeffery Leslie, Delwin Mumbower, and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren from Kansas. A funeral Service will be held at Hillsman- Hix Funeral Home Amelia Va at 11AM on Wednesday July 6, 2016. Family night will be at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia, Va. Tues. 6:00-8:00PM . Military Burial will follow service at Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Amelia Va.
