Charles is preceded in death by his wife; Frances Orr Allison, and his mother, Loretta Allison and is survived by his daughter, Carol McCraw of Amelia, Va., A service of Remembrance will held at 12 noon on Thursday August 29, 2019 at Hope Chapel on 9611 Wayside Avenue in Amelia.
