Andy L. Leonard, age 95, of Crewe, passed from this life on August 29, 2011. He is survived by his sons, Jimmy and David both of Crewe, and Samuel of Rose Hill, Va. , his daughters, Joyce, and Linda, and sisters, Dicie Jones of Blackstone, Brownie Harbin of Westminister, S. C. and Verdie Roop of Burkeville, eighteen grandchildren and twenty five great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Wednesday at Hilllsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia, with burial in the Virginia Veterans Cemetery with military honors. Visiting at the funeral home on Tues. from 6-8PM.
