Annie Flippin Sexton, age 95, of Jetersville, Va. passed from this life on October 3, 2019.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Claude Sexton, her two sons; William Jones and Charles Jones, sister; Edith Young.  Survivors include her grandchildren; Ronnie (Donna) of Florida, Michelle Saunders( Jon), of Powhatan, Angela Osbourne (Carl) of Powhatan, Kathy Altice (Wayne), of Roanoke, Becky Jones of Amelia, Fourteen great grandchildren, and her sister; Wilma Willis of Amella, and daughter-in- law Shirley Jones and her favorite sister-in-law Agnes Reams.  Annie started working in the Crewe Garment Factory in 1951, When the Amelia Garment Factory opened she was transferred there until her retirement 29 years later. After Claude's death she began sitting with families, Mrs. Hillsman, Mrs. Southall, Mrs. Lush.  She also worked for Randy Easter in Amelia and Blackstone.  Graveside services will be 11AM on Saturday October 5, 2019 at Trinity Memorial Gardens on Route 460 in Rice, Va.
