Barbara Hall (Bobbie) Bultje, 80, of Amelia Virginia passed away peacefully on July 30, 2025. Bobbie was born in Richmond Virginia on July 6,1945 and graduated from George Wythe High School. After working at the Amelia Dress Factory and Southside Community Hospital, Bobbie retired from the State Police as a Fingerprint Analyst after 17 years of service. She was a lifelong sports enthusiast and animal lover. She was competitive in everything that she played including softball, volleyball, tennis and pickleball. She also loved participating in aerobics and yoga. Bobbie will also be remembered for her compassion for others and especially animals. She loved her family, her friends, teammates and her animals.  Bobbie was predeceased by her husband Jimmy Bultje, her parents Bill and Ocie Hall and her brother Billy Hall. She is survived by her son William Henry Bultje (Dawn) and her three grandsons Ryan, Dylan and Jack.  Visitation will be held Saturday August 9 from 2-4pm at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home in Amelia.
