Billie Tyler, age 77, of Skinquarter, went to be with the Lord on November 17, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Joan; sons Jonathan of Chesterfield and Timothy of Amelia; daughter Marcelle Tyler of NC; brothers Donald of Sandston and Eugene of Richmond; sisters Dolores Raikes of Chesterfield, Hazel Raikes of Richmond and Dreama Fedukovich of WV; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Skinquarter Baptist Church, 6900 Moseley Rd., at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 20, to be followed by a church service at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Skinquarter Baptist Church Youth Ministry.
