Camille M. McKendry, age 87, of Farmville, passed from this life on Feb. 24, 2015.  She is preceded in death by her husand, Patrick B. McKendry and is survived by her sons, Gerald Patrick (Denise) McKendry of Powhatan and Daniel (CMDR USN) (Leila) McKendry of Indiana, daughter Deirdre McKendry of Farmville, three grandchildren, Logan, Ryan and Sarah McKendry, Sister, Elissa Sabbagh of Brooklyn, N. Y.  Funeral service 11AM Friday Feb. 27, at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery 10300 Pridesville Rd. in Amelia.   Visiting at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia Wed. 6-8PM.  A Christian Wake service will be held Wed. 7PM at the funeral home.
