Catherine Blanche Cave, age 69, of Amelia, passed away at home on November 20, 2013.  She is survived by her husband Thomas F. Cave; daughters Janice Cave Bryant of Powhatan and Tina Marie Cave Owens of Amelia; brother George White of Powhatan; sister Louise Roach of Richmond and four grandchildren.  The family will receive friends on Thursday November 21 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home, 16409 Court St. in Amelia.  A chapel service is set for 11:00 a.m. on Friday November 22 at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.  Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
