Cecil C. Quesinberry, age 89, of Amelia, passed from this life on May 3, 2018.   He is survived by his nieces; Brenda Walker and Kay Quesinberry of Amelia and several other family members.  Mr. Quesinberry was retired from  VDOT as a truck driver.
