Cecil B. "Termite" Gunter, age 67, of Amelia, passed from this life on July 6, 2014.  He is survived by his stepfather, William C. Poe of Amelia, brother, William C. Poe (Becky) of Indiana, sister, Rebecca Horton (Bobby) of Cumberland, two nephews, Chris and Dan, two nieces, Casey and Amanda.  Funeral services 11AM Wednesday July 9, at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia with burial in the Virginia Veterans Cemetery with military honors.  Visiting at the funeral home Tues. from 6:00-8:00PM.
