Charles F. Clark, Jr. of Amelia passed away on December 28, 2014.  Mr. Clark was born December 14,1956 in Fort Worth,Texas, eldest son of Charles F. and Phyllis Clark of Stuarts Draft. Mr. Clark was a native of Hanover County and graduated from Patrick Henry High School.  He then attended Virginia Tech, receiving his BS degree in 1979. He also received his MBA from Brenau University in 2000. In addition to his parents, Mr. Clark is survived by a sister, Nora Jean Wermann and her husband Mark of Amelia, a brother William B. Clark and his wife Karen of Stuarts Draft, nephews, Charles Edward and Brian Wermann, and nieces, Katelyn and Mariah Clark. Interment will be private.
