Charles Edward Morgan Sr., 74, of Powhatan, VA, passed away at home on October 18, 2024, due to natural causes. Born on February 19, 1950, in Petersburg, VA, to John and Edna Morgan, Charles was a loving husband to Mary Morgan, and a devoted father to his son, Timmy Morgan. The family will receive friends on Sunday October 20 from 3-5:00 p.m. at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home, 16409 Court St. in Amelia. A funeral service to honor and celebrate Charles's life will be held at Hillsman-Hix on October 21, 2024, at 1:00 pm, with burial to follow at Little Flock Cemetery. Charles will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
