Coleman E. Spiers, age 72, of Amelia, went to be with the Lord on  Nov. 13, 2012.  He is survived by his wife, Louise Osborne Spiers, children, Coleman O'Brian Spiers of Chesterfield, Peggy Lee Lawhorne and Phoebe Ann Spiers both of Amelia, and Charles Grant Spiers of Powhatan, and two grandchildren, Alissa and Erika Lawhorne.  Funeral services 11AM on  Saturday at Graceland Baptist Church in Powhatan with burial in the church cemetery.  Visiting at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia on Friday  from 2-4 & 6-8PM.
