Dennis Kevin Dillard, age 66, of Amelia, Va. formerly of Portsmouth, Va., passed from this life on March 1, 2021.  He is preceded in death by his parents; Harry and Gladys Curtin Dillard and is survived by his sister; Jeraldine Bain of Amelia, and several nieces and nephews.  Services are private and interment will take place at a later date in Portsmouth
