Donald Lantz Heine, age 83, of Amelia, VA., formerly of Edgewood, Maryland passed from this life on Feb. 10, 2018.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Ann Heine; sons David of Corry, PA, and Bruce of Penhook, VA, his daughter, Donna Kerr of Amelia; his grandchildren, Alex, Jamie Kerr and Jared Heine; great grandchildren Alexis and Easton Kerr and is predeceased by a son, Ricky Heine.  A graveside service will be held at 1PM on Thursday Feb. 15, at the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery in Joppa, MD.  Visiting at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia, VA from 6:00-8:00PM on Wednesday Feb. 14, 2018.  Condolences at www.hillsmanhix.com
