Dorothy Elizabeth Dot Atwater, age 80, of Amelia, passed from this life on October 29, 2008. She is preceded in death by her husband, William B. Atwater. Funeral services are scheduled for 11AM Friday October 31, 2008 at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia with burial in the Amelia Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00PM at the funeral home.
