We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved father, Douglas H Byrd Jr. He went home to be with his Lord & Savior on Sunday, October 20. He is survived by his daughters who he cherished dearly. Catherine Winn (Danyan Winn) Tara Byrd Justus Kyia Byrd Perry (Curtis Perry). His sisters, Becky Byrd Lacks (Jerry Lacks) & Kay Byrd Wright. His grandsons D.J Winn (Taylor Winn), Ryley Justus & great granddaughter Parker Mae Winn. Also his nephews, nieces & many cousins. Funeral will be held at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
