Ellen Adams Reid, 52, of Richmond, Va and formerly of Amelia, Va. passed away Friday, January 16, 2009 at her home. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, John Reid; her mother Elmina H. Adams of Colonial Heights; her Aunt Mrs. Frances Denny of Dinwiddie, and numerous cousins. Ellen had a love of drawing and spending time walking with her husband. Visitation will be private. Graveside services will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens on Rt 460 Rice, Virginia at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 20. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to one's favorite charity.
