Robbins Ellen Alberta Robbins, age 88, of Amelia, passed from this life on April 25, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband Ernest Lee Dopey Robbins and is survived by her daughters, Linda (John) Burton of Amelia, Donna (Louis) Collins and Carolyn Robbins both of Chesterfield, sisters, Phyllis Woody of Richmond and Patricia Gholson of Amelia, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Amelia Baptist Church with burial in Union Baptist Cemetery. Visiting at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Amelia Baptist Church or American Cancer Society
