LACY, Evlynn (Eve) age 89 of Jetersville, Va. passed away July 21, 2012.  She was married to the late Arthur Lacy of Houston, Texas.  She was a devoted and loving mother to her 4 children.  She is survived by her son Alexander Thropp of Kailua Kona, Ha. and daughter Patricia Nollen of Jetersville,Va.  She was preceded in death by her sons Scott Thropp of Maryland and Joseph Thropp of Houston.  She was loved by all her children and grandchildren very much.  Everyone enjoyed her kind spirit, positive encouragement, and great sense of humor.  She will be dearly missed.  She so enjoyed attending Arbor Baptist Church in Amelia with all their kind members.  Her viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 31 at 10 a.m. to be followed by her memorial service at 11 a.m..  Both will be held at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home, Court St. in Amelia.  Interment will follow at Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery.
