Fitcher Wellons Wilkins, Sr., age 81, of Richmond, passed from this life on November 3, 2017.  He is survived by his wife; Betty Ray Wilkins; son, Fitcher Wilkins, Jr., of Chester; daughters Sandra (Mike) Harris of Chesterfield, and Betty D. House of Richmond; sisters Alice Noxon of Chesterfield, Nora Barden of Amelia, and Audrey Kanney of Waynesboro; grandchildren Lonnie House, Jr., Michael D. Harris, Shawn House and Brittany Wilkins and five great grandchildren.  The family will receive friends from 6-8PM on Monday at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia.  Funeral services 1PM on Tuesday at the funeral home with burial following with military honors in the Virginia Veterans Cemetery.
