Frances Dale Boyd went home to be with her Lord and Heavenly Father on August 23, 2017. She was predeceased by her loving mother, Louise Smith Boyd. Surviving are her father, Frederick Melvin Boyd and sister Nancy Boyd-Mattern along with brother-in-law Robin Mattern and niece Rebecca Mattern. There will be visitation from 6-8:00p on Thursday, August 31 at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home, 16409 Court Street, Amelia Court House, Virginia.  A celebration of her life service, burial and reception following will be on Friday, September 1 at 11:00am.
