Frances Starr Jarck was called home to the Lord on June 30, 2026. She was a long time employee of GBC and then ABC Preshcool. A loving mother and wife, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry O. Jarck; mother, Alice Starr; father; Henry Starr; brother, Ervin Starr and daughter, Thelma Jarck Langford. She is survived by daughter, Martha Jarck Seay (Ron) of Appomattox; sons, Timmy Jarck and Barry Jarck, both of Amelia, son-in-law Roy Langford and granddaughter Abbey Langford of Amelia. She is also survived by her sister, Shelby Starr Jarck (Teddy) of Amelia; brother, Craig Starr (Lois) of Richmond and a host of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Paul Lutheran Church or Amelia Emergency Squad.
