Frances Jeanette Kelley, age 56 of Amelia, passed from this life on December 8, 2018.  She is preceded in death by her parents Roy Woodell Sr. and Sylvia Jean Neese, and sister Martha Ann Lindsey.  She is survived by her son Michael Dillow, daughter Crystal Dillow; brother Roy Woodell Jr. (Lori) of Amelia; sister Rebecca Woodell of Midlothian; and three grandchildren, Ryan, Jake and Andrew.  Memorial services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday December 15, at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home, 16409 Court St. in Amelia, with private interment.
