Garland R. Hall, age 76, of Amelia, passed from this life on June 1, 2018.  He is survived by his wife Peggy, son, Jerry William Hall, daughters, Terry Lynn Hall of Amelia, and Deana Lee Hines of Chesterfield, his brother; Thomas Franklin Hall of Lynchburg, and sister, Rose Oney of North Carolina, and one grandchild.  Funeral services  11AM on Tuesday June 5, at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home with burial following in Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery.  Garland was faithful member of Arbor Baptist Church.  Visiting at the funeral home Monday 6-8PM.    Memorial contributions may be made to the Amelia Rescue Squad.  Condolences at www.hillsmanhix.com.
