Obituary
Gary Lynn Dowda, age 69, of Sanger, Texas, and Amelia, Va., passed from this life on June 25, 2016. He was a Field Representative with Volvo Automobile Corp. and is a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam Era. He is survived by his wife, Myra VandeRiet Dowda and his two sons. A memorial service will be held at 3PM on July 15, 2016 at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery with inurnment following in the cemetery after military honors.
