Glenwood Baker Gardner, age 62, of Providence Forge, passed away on January 10, 2010. An Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War, he is survived by his wife Linda, son Bradley Gardner of Gloucester; daughters Shannon Johnson of Gloucester and Tracy Hudgins of Roanoke; brothers John Gardner of Hampton and Woody Mepham of FL; sisters Joyce Sanderson of SC and Hope Dutton of TX; grandchildren Sara, Hunter, Laura, Jonathan, Leeann, Reca, Linda Mae, Samuel and Samantha, and step-children Paul, Ricky and Christi. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday January 12, 2010 at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home with burial with Military Honors to follow at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery.
