Hazel F. Clarke, age 86, of Amelia, passed from this life on January 8, 2012. Survived by several cousins, and good friends Avalee Wilkins and Joyce Morris. She was retired after thirty six years with the Va. Dept of Health in Amelia, was a member of the Amelia Presbyterian Church and Presbyterian Women's Group. Funeral service 11:00 a.m. in the Amelia Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 with burial in the Amelia Presbyterian Cemetery. Visiting at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home, 16409 Court St. in Amelia from 6-8PM on Monday. Contributions may be made to either the Amelia Presbyterian Church or the Amelia Rescue Squad.
