Born on August 19, 1937, in Norfolk, Virginia, Jacqueline lived a life marked by love, compassion, and unwavering strength.Jacqueline was preceded in death by her husband Myron Phelps Sr., and parents Jackson and Marion Glover. Jacqueline was a devoted mother and cherished friend, leaving behind her beloved sons, Paul Phelps and Myron" "MIke" Phelps Jr. She was known for her warmth and kindness, making a significant impact on those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her laughter and gentle spirit will be remembered fondly by her family and the many lives she touched throughout her years. A memorial service will be held in her honor at the Concord Baptist Church 12053 Francisco Road Farmville, Va. 23901 on August 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM, where friends and family will gather to celebrate her life, share treasured memories, and pay their respects.
