Jeffery Scott Stanard, age 61, of Sturgis, Michigan, passed from this life on October 1, 2108 in Sturgis, Michigan.  He is preceded in death by his father; James Richard Stanard and is survived by his mother; Phyllis Mary Stanard of Richmond, Va. and his sister; Jennifer Stanard and her husband Troy, of Midlothian and brother David of Richmond.   Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Friday October 5, 2018 at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia with burial following in the Virginia Veterans Cemetery 10300 Pridesville Road in Amelia.
