Jonathan Paul Corcoran, age 35, of Amelia, passed from this life on December 11, 2017.  He is survived by his parents, Kevin and Susie Corcoran, his son, Jon Corcoran, his maternal grandparents, Mose and Hattie Short all of Amelia, sisters, Michelle Popovich of Chesterfield, and Jennifer Adams of Powhatan, nephews,Cedric Adams and Thomas Adams.  A memorial service will be held at 7PM on Friday Dec. 15, 2017 at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia with private interment.  The family will receive friends and relatives beginning at 6PM.
