Judy Raye Wilson 68 of Norfolk VA passed away Monday,  October 7, 2019 with her daughter by her side.  Judy was born to Frank and Frances Hale and was later adopted by James and Raye Spivey.  She loved the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.  In addition to her parents,  she was preceded in death by a brother,  Rex Spivey.  She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Petty ( Mike ), granddaughters Kristen Robertson ( Steven ), McKayla Hamilton, Grandson Morgan Petty, Granddaughter Sophia Petty, and great-grandson, Jude Robertson, sisters Betty Anne Nobles,  Jeanie Vaughan  (Tracy ) , Debbie Wilkins  (Joe) and a brother, John Ohler (Karen), and many nieces and nephews.  Services and interment are private.
