Julia Mae Jamerson Poore, age 89, of Amelia, passed from this life on July 11, 2010. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Poore, Jr. and her son Robert Allen Poore, and is survived by her grandchildren, Wendy Mills and Michael Allen Poore both of Chesterfield, sisters, Elaine Joyce of Powhatan and Shirley Garrett of Henrico. Funeral Services Wed. 11AM at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home in Amelia with burial following at Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting at the funeral home 6-8PM Tuesday.
