Julie Whitlow Settle, who celebrated her 49th birthday on March 25, passed from this life on April 10, 2020. Aside from spending time with family and friends, Julie's favorite hobby was playing bingo, and she had a special gift for winning prizes and tickets from radio stations. She was an amazing cook, had a helping heart, and never met a stranger.  When able, Julie loved caring for the elderly and caring for children. She was a loving, devoted friend to many. Julie was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Cifers. She leaves behind her beloved son, Daniel "Scott" Heath, Jr., his wife Leath, and their son Gavin, her dear friend and former spouse, Daniel Heath, Sr., her bonus children Samantha Settle and Ethan Settle, her siblings, Jesse Whitlow (Kathy), Shelby Rogerville (Ed), Michelle Martin (Mike), and Angie Major, and a host of nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
