Katherine Weisiger Stark, Kitty, of Amelia County, passed away on November 17, 2010. She was the daughter of Katherine Watson and Clarence Duncan Weisiger, Jr. of Amelia County, who preceded her. Kitty was born on June 2, 1933. She is survived by her husband of fifty- six years, Thomas Stark, III, her three children, Cary Stark Cronemeyer of Richmond, Thomas Stark, IV (Melinda) of Mechanicsville, and Elizabeth Anne Stark Rakiec (Stanley) of East Haven CT. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Mercer and Shepherd Cronemeyer, Andrew and Duncan Stark, and Rebecca Rakiec. Kitty was one of four daughters. She is survived by her sisters, Anne W. Quicke of Blackstone, Martha W. Fraher (Edward) of Bon Air, and Sara W. Irby (Robert) of Pawleys Island, S C. Kitty graduated from Randolph Macon Womans College and was an active, long- time member of Christ Episcopal Church in Amelia where funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday November 20, 2010. Interment will follow at Grub Hill Episcopal Church, after which a reception will be held at Christ Church for family and friends.
