Kenneth Warren Barnard's Obituary
Kenneth Warren Barnard, age 56 of Richmond passed away on November 13, 2017. He is survived by his mother Lillie Christine Peters of Goochland; sister Darlene Farrow of Goochland; brothers John Barnard and Andrew Barnard, both of Amelia. A family graveside service is scheduled for Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery.
