Kenneth M. Moore, age 74, of Amelia, passed from this life on July 26, 2016.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, and is survived by his son Gary M. Moore (JoAnne) of Amelia, his daughters, Valerie Moore of Amelia, Mona Ann Foley (Christopher), and Grace Lynn Rose both of Williamsburg, brothers, Bill Moore, and Frankie Moore all of Orange, County, Va. sisters, Lula Board of Madison Co.,  Shell Montgomery of Buena Vista, Corren Woffrey of Orange County, and Alma McMillian of Dinwiddie, also six grandchildren, and five   great grandchildren.  Funeral services 11AM on Friday at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court ST. in Amelia, with burial in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery.  Visiting Thurs. 6-8PM at the funeral home.
