Leonard R. Moyer, age 85, of Amelia passed from this life on July 11, 2009. He is survived by his wife Molene (Molly), daughter, Russell Moyer Reid of Richmond, brother, Charles F. Moyer of Amelia, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Leonard was a retired rural mail carrier and a Air Force Veteran of WWII. Visiting the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home in Amelia on Wednesday July 15, from 6-8PM. Funeral services Thursday 11AM at the Amelia Presbyterian Church with burial in the Virginia Veterans Cemetery.
