Lonarkas Worrell "Bob" age 92, of Amelia passed from this life on January 2, 2021.   He is preceded in death by his wife Daisy Mae, his son Vernon, and daughter Mildred Staats and numerous brothers; and is survived by his sons, Clarence A. of Chesterfield, Travis M., and  Russell G. both of Amelia, and David H. of Norfolk; his daughter Katherine V. Kramer of Powhatan; two sisters, three brothers, thirteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.  Graveside services will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday January 6, at Pine Grove Cemetery on Genito Rd. in Amelia.  Bob will lie in state at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St in Amelia on Tuesday from 11:00 to 5:00.
