Lydia Hayer Herzig, age 86, of Jetersville, Va. went to be with the Lord on January 19, 2022.  She is preceded in death by her husbands,  Wesley Ennis Farnsworth, Jr. and Fred Herzig and son Wesley E. Farnsworth III and her grandchild, Michael Grayson Farnsworth, Jr.  and is survived by her children; Michael G. Farnsworth Sr., of Jetersville, (Annette), Wesley E. Farnsworth IV (Anita) of Amelia, Virginia Marie Hartman (Ed) of Jetersville, Arlene Stevens (Michael) of Amelia, and a special friend Angela Marable and her daughter Olivia, grandchildren, Brittany Jones, Nikki Patterson, Amber Hartman, Tyler Farnsworth, Tonya Greene, Brandon Farnsworth, and thirteen great grandchildren.  Also survived by her sister Frances Robertson of Durham, N. C.   Lydia was a retired seamstress with the Amelia Dress Factory. Funeral services Tuesday January 25, 1:00PM at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home in Amelia with burial following in Jetersville UMC Cemetery.  Visiting Monday evening from 6:00-8:00PM at the funeral home.  Contributions may be made to the Jetersville UMC in her memory.
