Magdalene S. Smith age 96 passed away on February 19th 2021.  She was preceded in death by her husband E. C. "Smutt" Smith, brother George L. Sowers and son-in-law, James T. Warren.  She is survived by two sons, David C. Smith (Brenda) of Vinton, VA and J. R. Smith (Pam) of Gloucester, VA; daughter Ann S. Warren of Chesterfield, VA;  step-daughter Mary Ellen Little (Leslie) and family of Goochland,Va.;  six grandchildren;  three great-grand daughters.  Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home in Amelia, Va is serving the Smith family.  Condolences at  www.hillsmanhix.com.
