Marvin S. Martin, age 64, of Amelia, passed from this life on March 30, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Jean, sons, Robert and Edward both of Amelia, daughters, Lisa Riley of Powhatan, Stephanie Bower of Amelia, brother, Harold Wayne Martin of Midlothian, eighteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Martin. Graveside services Friday April 2, at 3PM at Union Baptist Cemetery. Visiting at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia from 6:00-8:00PM Thursday.
