Mary Louis Maxey Vaughan "Mammy" age 94 of Amelia formerly of Richmond went to be with her Heavenly Father November 28, 2021 surrounded by love. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Gaylor Vaughan, son Richard "Stumpy" Vaughan parents, Albert Sr. & Virgnia Maxey, a brother Albert Maxey Jr., and sisters Eunice Vaughan, and Sallie Everease Arrington. She is survived by her sister Virginia Worner, son Ronald Vaughan, daughter-in-law Tammie Vaughan, granddaughters Patricia Vaughan, Calynn Reilly (James), and Mekala Vaughan, one grandson William Vaughan and one great-grand son Andrew Vaughan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a large extended family. A viewing will be held Tuesday November 30, 2021 from 6-8pm at Hillsman Hix. Funeral services will be held December 1,  2021 @ 11 also at Hillsman Hix with burial to follow at Rennie Memorial Presbyterian Church 6720 Dennisville Rd, Amelia.
