Minnie L. Boelt, age 86, of Powhatan, passed from this life on March 14, 2021.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter , her parents, Edward and Lena Busey Jibben, and is survived by her daughter; Sandra Ann and her husband Tim, brother; Fred Jibben and wife Phyllis of Amelia, sister-in- law Lois B. Schalow of Powhatan, and her best friend and companion; Lindsey White of Henrico.  A private burial will be held at the Virginia Veteran Cemetery in .Amelia,
