Naomi E. Judd, age 91, of Amelia, Va. formerly of Hagerstown, Maryland passed from this life on February 26, 2020.  She is preceded in death by her husband; David L. Judd, Sr. her son David L. Judd, Jr., daughter Judy Weaver and granddaughter Emilie Weaver. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Whitaker and son-in-law Paul of Amelia, five grandchildren, Michael (Jennifer) and Jason Whitaker of Amelia and Betsy Whitaker of Roanoke, Va.; Jamie Hardesty (David) and Jillian Kline (Tony); twelve great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.  Faithful nephew David Whipp of Hopewell, Va. and many more nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Judd was a retired LPN.  Visiting will be at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home in Amelia from 5Pm to 7PM on Friday February 28, 2020.  Arrangements will continue at the Minnich Funeral Home 415 East Wilson Blvd. in Hagerstown, Md. 21740 with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Hagerstown, Md.  Complete arrangement will be announced through Minnich Funeral Home.
