Nelda B. Grove was born July 28, 1916 and departed from this world on July 28, 2011. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur J. Grove and her mother Alice T. Bull. She is survived by her daughter Alice T. Grove and her husband Vern Worsham. Nelda was a gifted musician and played piano with Jimmy Dorsey in the 30s. She started college when she was 49 and graduated cum laude at age 52 from Florida Atlantic University. She became a music teacher for years in the Broward County School System and later traveled around the world and adored her father, George Elliott Bull. Funeral services to be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3 2011 at Lauderdale Memorial Park, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Contributions may be made to your local SPCA.
