Nellie Frances Cifers Borum, age 87, of Rice, passed from this life on April 7, 2015.  She was born to the late Eugene Cifers and Etta Mae Wiles Cifers.  She is predeceased by her husband, Richard Harvey Borum and is survived by her sons, Eugene and Richard (April) both of Rice, and her daughter, Judy B. Lane (Stephen) of Fairfax Station, Va., her sister, Irene Atchison of Amelia, two grandchildren, Mark Borum (Stephanie) Catherine L. Lane, three great grandchildren Joseph, Madison, Levi, two step grandchildren, Brandon Chappell and Krystal Ferguson.  Funeral services Saturday 1:00PM on April 11, 2015 at Sandy Creek Baptist Church with interment following in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends and relatives from 11AM until the time of service.  Arrangements by the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home of Amelia.
