Phyllis (Libby) Parrish Ballinger, 54, passed away peacefully at her mother's home on April 14th 2025, surrounded by her close family. She was born in Charlottesville VA on August 3rd 1970. She was a beloved grandmother, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, wife, and friend to many. With her fighting spirit, Libby fought a long hard battle but was called to be with the angels. We know that we can't have you on earth but we're happy that the angels have called you home to be at peace. We will cherish the many ways that you made us laugh throughout the years. We love you and will miss you.  Funeral services will be held at 2PM on Friday April 18, 2025 at the Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home 16409 Court St. in Amelia, Va. with burial following at Rennie Memorial Cemetery in Amelia.  The family receive friends from 1:00PM - 2:00 at service time.
